What is Connect to Decode Project

It is one of the major initiatives of OSDD to understand Mtb organism in order to develop better drugs/vaccines against tuberculosis See C2D site for detail.

What is Mtb Station project

Aim of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Structural Annotation (Mtb Station) project is to annotate all protein of Mtb from structural point of view. In simple words, our connect to decode (C2D) team "Protein Structure/Fold Annotation" will collect and compile structure of each Mtb proteins (around 4000), in order to provide comprehensive structural information about each protein of Mtb.

Who are participating in this project

Mostly students are participating (around 200). few faculty members and coordinators.

What we wants to achieve

Under this project we wish to annotate whole Mtb genome from structural point of view. At end of the day we should have predicted and experimentally determined structure of all Mtb proteins from single point.
