2 Scroll down the menu plus highlight "Extension No." Press the "Menu/Set" critical.

3 Scroll through the available extension numbers or key inside an extension amount. Press the "Menu/Fixed" critical to save the extension number to your phone system. Continue this process to allot further extensions.

4 Press the "Menu/Collection" critical or "Home" key to return to the standby form.

5 Confirm that the extensions are set awake correctly in transferring a call to the extension. Press the "Transfer" button while on a call. Enter the extension number and wait for the additional phone line to ring. This attests that is the extension remains active.
