The pharmacological profile of (±)-domesticine, a novel α1-adrenoceptor antagonist.
(±)-domesticine is more potent for α1D-adrenoceptor than for α1A- or α1B-adrenoceptor subtypes and it is highly selective compared to 5-HT1A and other receptors.
